Adding clicktag to a SWF file created in Photoshop?

Does anyone know how to add a clicktag code (for ad campaigns) to a SWF file created in Photoshop? I am by no means a Flash designer and I've been asked to turn some animated ads I did in Photoshop into clickable ads (and have a clicktag implemented). Do I need to redo the whole thing in Flash for this to work?
