iPad mini Adding ePub to iBooks

I have no problem in the past adding books to iBooks but I cant remember what I am doing wrong this time around. I googled but couldnt find updated info.

Can anyone fill me in on the best way to add epubs to to iBooks

Its been awhile. I think I've opened via DropBox in the past.

I just load them into a general cloud service (I used google drive) and then used the open in button. This was for a PDF book but I assume it would be the same with an epub book?

I used iTunes to upload epub to iBook. It works well also you can do that with Dropbox app like other has mentioned.
