Adding Existing iTunes Library from Secondary Partition

I recently upgraded the HDD in my MBP to a new 750GB WD. I partitioned it into 2 partitions (one for the OS and Applications and the other for my Media) I have my iTunes Library on the Media partition. How do I go about have iTunes read that library from that partition instead of copying the music to iTunes and ending up with duplicates.

Is it as simple as holding alt and dragging the iTunes folder on my Media partition into iTunes itself?
