Hi guys,

I'm wanting to use some of the sound effects from imovie etc in keynote presentations. Just wondering what would be the best way at going about this?

If I convert them to mp3 first and then put them in a folder named 'iLife Sounds' and then put that folder in the 'iTunes Music' folder on my hard drive would it just come up in my library as normal?

Any suggestions are welcome! :D

Thanks

Putting a folder of sounds in your iTunes library directory won't make the sounds show up in iTunes. You'll need to drop the sound files onto iTunes to import them. Then you can put the sounds into a playlist.

Thanks for the reply, when I drag them into iTunes, will I then be able to put them in an album called 'iLife Sounds'? Or will I just have to put them in a playlist? I'd like to have them in an album if possible on grid/album art view.

Thanks
