adding line on Verizon

Just added a line to my account through Apple.com - but was never prompted to select a new phone number for the line. Has anyone else done this process? Will I then be prompted when I go to activate the new line?

Please let me know the best way to proceed.

You don't usually select a number. They just give you a random one when you activate the phone.

You can change it online at the Verizon website or giving them a quick call. A rep will be able to go over numbers with you.
