Adding link to homescreen - icon issues

hi guys so previously when I added a link to my homescreen, say the mobile version of www.scotiabank.com it gave me a nice scotiabank icon on my home screen, now I get this weird screenshot looking icon which I dont like... it maybe 4.3.1 but I am not sure.. I was on 4.2.1 before... I dont know if something on the page changed or what has happened...

Any ideas on how to fix this? I'll insert pics of before and now.

Not sure. Looks like whatever screen your on when you add to home screen, that's the icon you get. Maybe something changed with their site?

I've tried all the pages its the same thing I get what the page is and not the icon.
