Hi everyone,

I'd like to start developing Mac apps. If I already have an iOS dev account, can I add the Mac aspect immediately or do I have to go through the whole approval process again?

Thanks for your help.

I did it the other way (added iOS program to my Mac program) and it was as simple as just paying another $99. But I can't remember an "approval process" for the Mac program. I just remember filling in an online form and a "signing" a click-through agreement.

OK, thanks. By approval process I meant waiting a week while they check your documents etc - does this not happen at all for the Mac program?

Didn't happen for me. I was fully signed up as soon as I clicked Agree. My names, contact details, etc. where all in agreement with my credit card. I've heard that some people hit road blocks when there's disagreement there.
