iPod Adding own videos to TV shows

hi, does anyone know if its possible to add my own video files under TV Shows in itunes as i'd like to be able to import TV shows i have on my computer into itunes then sync with my ipod and have these files under TV shows on the ipod

You can't - that's a section reserved only for TV shows downloaded from the iTunes Music Store.

hmmmm, i might have to download one and investigate the file lol, see if there's anything i can do
