Adding Parental Controls on the 3G? How much control?

Looking at the info from the specs area on the 3G, I noticed that they have added parental controls...

Question:

Does anyone know if you will be able to assign sites and sync them with your Mac computer or at least assign a list of approved sites for the phone?!?!

Will the parental control system work just like the one in Leopard?
(i.e. apps restrictions, safari, mail, chat...)

and i believe the parental controls are for the 2.0 software update not just the 3G so it will be on older iphones too
