So I'm attempting to add a network printer at my workplace via CUPS and am following the instructions here.
I get to step 8 without any problems but then go to Continue and am being asked for a password. (See attached 1)
Canceling out of that brings me to attached image 2.
I have tried my user name and password, my root user name and password (Both of which don't have no password at the moment, just in case that makes a difference) And also used the password and username from Step 7 of the instructions but still getting invalid password messages.
Any ideas as to what is going on? Is this a problem from the windows side?
