Adding security keys in macOS 13.2 failed on the last screen

I updated to 13.2 and tried to add two security keys to my Apple ID but I'm stuck on this window, when I click done it rotates for a while and nothing happens, at least nothing visible happens.

Maybe someone has an idea.

I'm using it on a Mac. Even though my security keys work better with Chrome than with Safari for some reason, they work on Safari to login but for some website I can't register them using Safari.

If that is the case, I wouldn't worry about the GUI glitch you mentioned.

That is the thing it is not a UI glitch because the keys are not added to my account.

Same problem here, on iPhone it throws unexpected error occured.
