Hi,
I am looking for a way to change the background color of pdf's to sepia, rather quickly.

(That's for when "change background color" does not work in Acrobat Pro: i.e. for images).

What is the easiest way to do that?

1. I think one can save the pdf as image files tiff/ jpef/ png etc. in Acrobat and then use a batch color adjust program?
---Which program would you suggest? (I can use automator to batch add sepia background with ColorSync --yet it does not change the background when I use automator. The background changes to sepia in Iphoto Edit, yes: but then, the text itself gets blurry! (and no batch change) Any alternative ? (except photoshop? --I have not tried photoshop but would not like to get it only for this).

2. Is there a better way? I.e. maybe doing the same without the need to save the pdf as image first?

Many thanks in advance for any help
