Adding store loyalty cards to Apple Pay - watchOS 2

On iOS 9, double tapping the home button brings up all cards stored in Wallet - credit cards and store loyalty cards. This has been really handy for pulling up my Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts and gym cards on the fly.

I was super excited about trying this on watchOS 2, but when I double tap the side button on the watch I only see the credit cards stored in Wallet, not my store loyalty cards. Is there a way to add my store loyalty cards to this double tap shortcut rather than clumsily navigating to the Wallet app on the Watch?

Nope. I've been complaining since OS1. It really doesn't make any sense

Wallet replaces Passbook, which has loyalty cards. Double pressing the side button activates Apple Pay. They're completely separate.

This is probably because so many devices don't have Apple Pay, as it's still relatively new (introduced with the 6/6+).
