Adding subtitles to MKV files

Does anyone know how I can add .srt files to the .mkv file movie? I have a Mac Mini.

The Easy way ...

I use Mp4Tools (http://www.emmgunn.com/mp4tools/mp4toolshome.html). I'm assuming you want to not only add an .srt but also remux into an .m4v container; this does it all in one pass. Emmgunn also has MkvTools. These apps are nagware and the ui is a lot more user-friendly than Mvtoolnix.

To populate the correct meta data look at the shareware Identify. It will get all the extra meta data that iTunes likes.
