Hi Everyone,
I have been having problems since upgrading to iOS 4 on my 3Gs so today I decided to restore as a new iPhone. However, I had cut and pasted all my photo's in my camera roll onto my PC and now I want to put them back so it looks like I hadn't restored my phone. However, I cannot paste anything to that folder on my iphone. Is there a way to put these pictures back on my iphone besides doing it through itunes and making albums?

PS - I tried getting a program called uTunePhotos but it won't open, it says it cannot find a itunesmobiledevice.dll file or something.
Hope you can help. If not, I'll just do it through itunes.
