is there any way that i can teach the keyboard to recognize certain commonly typed words so it doesn't keep auto-correcting all this stuff i want to keep!
thanks!

As you type it records your most commonly used words and adds them to the auto correct dictionary, takes a little while for it to build up.

are you pressing on the little x to disallow the auto change? Cause the iphone will keep doing the auto change if you keep accepting it (like just pressing space bar and continuing on). After 3 times of pressing the x to dis allow then the iphone will recognize
