Hi All,

I hope everyone is well.

I was splicing together some videos and taking some rather large videos (2 hours or so) and was wonder what application that I need to add track markers to them. This seemed like a simple task but I can seem to find a way to do it correctly. I have the current release of iMovie, a trial version of Premier CC, and Toast 10 but I am probably over looking something.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. The output file I would like to be able to play on a computer with scene selection and also preserve those on DVD media.

Thank you

Do you mean chapter markers? iMovie 10 lost that ability, but if you still have access to older versions, they are capable of doing so.

There is also mChapters for 5 USD, found via this search.

That sounds like exactly what I am looking for. I will get it and try it.

I assume this is in FCPX as well (but don't know that software enough to know.

Thank you for your research and time.

I do not have Compressor but will look into purchasing it and also look at QuickTime Pro.

Thanks for taking the time to respond!
