Addition of MBP

Hi All,

Am curios to get people's advice. I bought a 27" imac in feb 2010 and love the system. Switched from Windows to Apple. Now am thinking of adding a 13" or 15 MBP for mobility around the house. Most of my usage includes email, surfing the web, and itunes. Seen some threads about buying the ipad for these needs but seems easier to just have a MBP for the couch and around the house stuff.

Thoughts?

For those types of things I would just go for either a Macbook or a Macbook Pro 13" instead of an iPad.

If you want to consume media, check Facebook/Twitter and read the news get the iPad.

If you want the OS X experience away from your desk, get a MacBook.

I'd get an ipad any day of the week, but as we can't get ipads here I have a MBP

Thanks for all the feedback. I was thinking its a lot better experience to browse on a MBP than an IPAD

Thanks for all the advice. Went out and got a 15" MBP. Wanted the 13" but it didnt have the i5 procs. Didnt want to settle for the C2D
