Additional disk for MBP13

Hello and greetings from a newbie to this forum,

I have a MBP13, Mid 2009 model with 8GB RAM and a 200GB OWC extreme primary disk, I want to add an additional disk replacing the optical drive. I want to know if buying a momentus XT 750 would make any difference as compared to a WD black 750?

The startup and shutdown doesnt matter as my primary disk is anyways going to be the current SSD.

Would also appreciate if suggestions could be made on what I could move to the second hard disk.

You can use an app like Grandperspective to visually show you where your biggest files are located. For me usually it is AVCHD video imports in iMovie.

Data doubler

Hi,

I am going to use a similar product such as data doubler that I ordered from eBay.
I shall check out grandperspective as well. Thank you.
But my main challenge is which files could I move without getting into trouble. For example, I moved my iTunes library on iTunes 11 but now I am unable to add any more songs.
