I'm looking for additional instruments (midi) to add to logic express or garageband.
more specifically, i'm looking for less common instruments such as hammered dulcimer, or large war drums.

thanks guys and gals!

Tone Hammer may have had what you wanted but they are no more. But you can find their old products here:

After Apple's "jam packs" look at "Kontakt". There is a free version. It runs as a AU plug-in

Tere are endless instruments that run inside Kontakt from bit NI and 3rd parties.

hey guys, sorry to reactivate the old topic, but I just got a copy of the Jam Packs for garageband, and while they are working fine on garageband, they are not showing up on logic express. do I need to purchase logic pro for this? or is there something dumb i am missing.

thanks
