When in Safari click the little bookmarks button at the bottom. Then click history, then clear. It will erase all your history.

It should but...........
Go to Settings, then Safari and delete the cache and all the other stuff.
On a side note, are you trying to HIDE some websites you've been going to from someone? You bad, bad boy..... No Christmas presents for you this year!

If you have an iPod Touch, you can set a passcode if you want it secured. Since it doesn't require service, no records will appear anywhere else but on the device itself.
