Address Book and iPhone contacts not syncing

All of a sudden, my iPhone and my MacBook Pro's Address Book stopped syncing with each other. I would enter something into one and it wouldn't appear on the other after syncing. I checked iCal and it works fine.

I've restarted/rebooted both my phone and computer and it still isn't working. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?

Are you using MobileMe or iTunes to sync them?
