... no it doesn't mean I haven't got any friends
After a couple of days importing all my old files and apps into my new Mac Pro, I see my Address Book is blank; nothing there, no fields, data, nothing. But everything seems to be in the right place, and other apps (like Mail, Bento, Safari etc) that use the data in my address book can see it no problem.
So what's going on?
I just switched from Tiger on a PowerPC G4 to Leopard on an Intel Mac Pro. Before migrating, I installed the upgrade to 10.5.2 and also the Leopard Graphics update. I've got the GeForce 8800GT card installed too.
The only other problems I noticed were a couple of third party plugins for Photoshop were causing Photoshop to crash at startup, and my scanning software (from within Photoshop) no longer worked. But after removing the plugins, and the TWAIN plugin, and getting some new scanning software, everything works fine.
But I can't chuck out my Address Book: I need it!
Anyone got any ideas?
