Address Book Bluetooth

I have Mac OS X 10.5.4, but I cannot find the bluetooth connectivity on the Address Book!
Why??

I've heard that u can use the Address Book to connect to your phone and do all sorts of fancy things

Well, you're not connecting to your Address Book via Bluetooth. You're asking about syncing your phone with your Mac, which includes syncing Address Book data. As recommended, check out iSync and look at the documentation that came with your particular phone model.
