Address book data lost from 10.3 to 10.5

I purchased a macbok 10.5.2, and transferred all data and apps from my imac G5 10.3.9. I can not access the 10.3.9 address book in 10.5.2, and unfortunately the imac just died (logic board fried), so I can't print it out from there. Is there any way to access this address book on my current operating system?
