definately. I did it myself just a few hrs ago. Here's how I did it. Stuck my winxp thunderbird profile onto my powerbook. from there, looked for the file that was called "abook.mab", copied and then pasted that file into my mac profile. the two address book files are completely compatible, though trying to get all your emails and other stuff transfered over is a different story :( I'm still working at that.

If you dont know what i'm talking about when i say the word "profile", then go here...> http://kb.mozillazine.org/profile_folder

Did BWalen help you or is what you really want to do to export all your entries in Address Book on your Mac (open Address Book, mark all persons (cmd-A), choose File -> Export vCard... -> Choose name and location) and import that into Thunderbird on your PC (doesn't Thunderbird import vcs files?)?
