Address Book for business contacts ?

I have a database of contacts in "Now Contact" and want to consolidate my contacts in "Address Book" does anyone know if "AddressBook" works with AppleWorks; can I use "Address Book " as a serious app, or is it really just a family and friends thing ? Are there any shareware utilities out there that will help transfer details from "Now' to "Address Book" ?

Address book is a very good app. I use it for everything. I don't have Appleworks but if you can export the file as a vCard or LDIF address book takes those files. I'll look around to see if there is an app.
