Address Book - Global Change

I have a lot of contacts in my address book who work for a company that has recently changed its name and as a result its email addresses have changed

e.g. bob@abc.com is now bob@xzy.com

i dont want to go through all my contacts changing them one by one if i dont have to.

I also have a custom field for the name of the company.

Is there a way to change them all at once ??
