Address Book - Mailing Labels Question

I've created a mailing list for a friend of mine, with some people having email address, some postal addresses, and some both. She can email those with email addresses fine, but she wants to be able to print out mailing labels for those people who just have postal addresses (so that those with both don't receive an email and a letter).

Is there an easy way of doing this?
