Address book pictures?

Hello as most of you know Google released OTA contact sync with the iPhone. To get all my contacts to Google contacts I exported my contacts as a .vcard the only problem is it doesn't export their profile pictures.

Does anyone know where address book stores the profile pictures?

P.S. - I tried to sync my contacts with Google via the preferences but they never synced so I just exported the contacts.

There is no way to right click on the contact on Google and select "add picture"? or something like that?

Yes I can but I don't know where address book keeps the photos.
