Address book preference looks weird.

Hey guys,

I was looking for a way to reverse the last name/first name display in my address book. I looked in my general preferences and the windows looked really weird.

Don't know why it's so...cut off from the top. Anyway, if someone knows how to display the last/first name in reverse order, please tell me.
