Address Book Snap Photo Help

I managed to fix my videocam to my powerbook and snap picture but the problem is... the image snapped or captured is inverted! Moreover it's not even focus accordingly... my videocam works fine all along, so I seriously have no idea how to fix this... can anyone tell me what can i do? I need to setup this as more people will be keying their profile in my address book while I can use my vc to snap their face....thanks

The inversion is actually a feature that's supposed to make it easier to pose in front of the camera, and I'm not sure how to turn it off... the focus might be a distance issue. Try moving closer/further maybe?
