Yesterday, I was playing around with groups in Address Book and I deleted my exchange group on accident. I set it back up, but today I woke up and all my names were missing from my iPhone's contacts. Is there anyway to revert back to my address book from 2 days ago? I have Time Machine backups every hour, but I don't know which files to restore, or even if it was saved on my machine locally since it's Exchange. Please help!

quit address book, enter the time machine and copy/replace the ~/Library/Application Support/Address Book/ folder to where the current one lives
