iOS Addressbook - fetching corresponding email and phone for selectedaddress

Hi all.

How to fetch respective email/phone for a address that i selected..

say if the user selects "Home address", i want to retrieve "Home email" and "Home phone number" as well.. ( if they present, else nil)
Similarly if user select "Work Address"...
