AddressBook to Entourage to Google contacts

Right - my new Hero phone is all very nice - but there is no iSync at the moment

But I'm told it will sync with Google Contacts. So how do I get my AddressBook contacts to GC?? I read somewhere you have to first sync your contacts with Entourage, then Entourage to GC, and finally to the phone.

Can you sync straight from AB to GC, and bypass Entourage?

Can someone enlighten me ( a non-Entourage user )

Export from Contacts

Use something like the Address Book to CSV Exporter and import that into GMail, no Entourage needed.
