AddressBookSourceSync preventing sleep!

Now a another problem cropped up. The iMac late 2013 after a clean install started to stay away. Looking at Activity Monitor this little guy says YES on Preventing Sleep. Why???!!! Google search shows NO solutions. Anyone?
