Addresses not showing up on iPhone

My mom recently got an iPhone, and has all her contacts on her MacBook Address Book. When she syncs to the iPhone, the names, emails, and phone numbers move over but the physical addresses do not. They appear to be entered correctly in the right fields.

Anyone have similar issues? Any ideas on solutions? Thanks.
 
Good question. I just bought my first iPhone this weekend, 3Gs for $49 from AT&T. I have MobileMe and synced but none of the addresses made it to the iPhone. Hopefully, this is a simple fix and someone will jump in with the fix :(
