Sorry if this has been discussed over the years of Siri being in existence, but my question is pretty simple. In order to activate Siri, I have to say "Hey Siri". Is it possible to change a setting where I can simply say "Siri" without the 'Hey'?

Nope sadly not, it requires the Hey
