Adguard Safari extension issue

Okay so I have Adguard installed on Safari. But I just noticed after doing a OSX security update (which restarts the computer) that Adguard does not show up in the extensions pane in Safari preferences nor does anything show up when clicking the button in the toolbar. How can I uninstall and reinstall the extension? I went to the Adguard website and downloaded what appears to be a paid version which put an icon in my menu bar which enables a drop down menu. Is this the same as the Safari extension??

EDIT: Issue has been resolved.
