I have set up an ad hoc network for my apple tv. I am having trouble with renting movies. I can not rent a movie that is 1g or larger. I have a good internet speed. I can rent smaller shows but when I try to get a movie, it has the general error message. Is the ad hoc network able to send this much info, or is there another problem that could be happening.
Also I can not rent on Itunes. I get an error message 500 which states rgnTooBigErr Bitmap would convert into a region greater than 64 KB. Is this maybe a permission problem. That is what Itunes support keeps telling me but there fix does not work.
This has me really confused. If you have any suggestions please help.

the ad hoc network can handle it but my isp had a 1 gig limit on its download. They repeatedly told me there was not one but it was there. Apple figured it out for me. I had a very good experiance with apple support.
