adito vpn client hanging

Hello all,

I am trying to connect to a friend's Samba share via Adito client and it hangs while "Loading". I am able to login but the screen afterwards, when I click on the "Web Forward" get stuck.

It used to work before but this time, I had reinstalled Mac OS 10.6 and I unexpectedly deny one access (out of the multiple required). It works for him too.

Any though on all needed permissions for this software, based on a Java Applet, to run? Any way to reset it all?

This is what I checked:

* Safari > Pref > Security : Website was in there as "Allow"
* I cleared Java cache via Java Preferences (Spotlight search).
* aditovpn and localhost certificate were expired in Keychain Access

I got a plugin failure too.

Eventually, it seems that I did not check to permanently trust Java Applet but click on Allow and that works: I can now access the samba share via Web Forwards.

It would be good to keep this thread opened for more explanation on what settings on client side to grant all access and why adito request to have access to my computer.
