Adium and MSN - Not appearing as invisible

Sometimes I want to sign on to Adium as invisible when I'm busy to avoid those people that pounce right on you and say "hi" regardless of your status message, but they still do. When I sign on as invisible, people say that I'm indeed set to appear online. :rollseyes:

I'm using the latest Adium with MSN.

EDIT: On the forums, it seems like I can't insert any smileys anymore. Clicking them does nothing, and typing their codes :)rollseyes:) also does nothing...
