Adium appearing offline with MSN

This is very annoying - and it's probably MSN's fault. Everything works fine in Adium, apart from all of my MSN contacts say I'm offline when Adium clearly says "Available".

Anyone else having this problem?

My MSN address ends in "@msn.com"

Fcing the same problem!!!

I have been facing the same problem but finally gave up on Adium... Now, I'm using aMSN... it's perfect + u can use webcam with it as well.

On the other hand I have another problem which you might help me out with. After installing Leopard onto my new mac Book Pro 17", I can't empty my trash and it's really frustrating. Can u suggest ways to empty my trash!

i'm not having this problem, but i'm using @hotmail.com i know they are actually the same, but probably there still is a difference..

I'm too having the same problem. Looks like an old problem, since we are in 2010 and I'm using version 1.4b18.

Btw, mine ends @msn.com too.

I don't think it's Adium's fault. A few of my friends I can't see them online, they can't see me, whether it's on Adium, aMSN, IM+ etc. Eventually it fixed itself or I just added them on my second email, but it is annoying.
