Adium: clicking new hotmail signs out

New MSN live or whatever you call it is being a pain now. For the last 2 days, whenever I click on the notification from Adium saying I have new email in my hotmail account, Adium signs out saying I'm logged into another location. How do I stop MSN live from signing in my browser?

Having the same problem, ever since Hotmail/Live revamped their website, every time I visit Hotmail.com to check email, it signs me out of Adium.

Does anyone know how to prevent Hotmail from signing into Messenger in the browser?

yup, i found out. Login to your hotmail account. On the top right corner, where your name is, click on the green square, that's your status for messenger. You can signout from there.
