Adium - Contact list hightlight

Hello, on my contact list, using the pro black theme, when a contact is hightlighted, i.e clicked on when the contact list is the front window. The contacts name is hightlighted blue...which tbh doesn't look very nice at all with the pro black theme. I've looked around in the preferences and can't see anything to change colour or turn it off. Any ideas?

It's the same highlight color that you have set in System Preferences -> Appearance.

What version of Adium are you using? In 0.89.1 (and all recent previous versions) it uses the System highlight color in the contact list.

Thanks apfhex, though I don't have that highlight option in the preferences like you say variant.

Sorry, it must just be the beta. Give it a try, I have no problems with it.

You'll have to use the 1.0b9 if your on OS 10.3...

To clarify, in case you were scared the beta was being ridiculous:
Adium continues to use the system highlight color unless that choice is overridden in the Color Theme -- an option we made available to fill precisely the OP's request
