Adium contacts

I used aidum for a while and then changed to the msn for mac. Today I decided to use adium again, and when it opened a lot of pop up windows appeared saying

"xxx@hotmail.com is on the local list but not on the server list, would you like to add this buddie to the server list?"

I though it may have something to do with the changes I made on my contact groups while using the msn, so I continuously clicked yes. Suddenly I saw that one of the mails belonged to a person I had deleted (but not blocked) from my contacts a while ago.
Does this mean she will appear again on my list?
And if this person blocked me or something, will she receive a request from me to add me again?

You can always delete/block the contact again, and when you doe, export/save that contact list. If needed again, they will be as you left them.

what really worries me is she receiving a friend request from me, because I don't wish so, and I wonder if by clicking yes on that pop-up message from adium, will do it.
