Adium, don't want focus on message window

Hi,
I'm quite new to OSX and I'm using Adium as achat client. When I receive a new message, the conversation windows pops up and gets the focus which is very annoying. How can I disable this ?

The "Events" set to "Message Received (Background Chat" I have are
- growl notitification
- play sound
- display name in dock

I do a little up cos this is really annoying and can believe that it cant be disabled.
