Adium getting timeout errors

For some reason Adium is getting a lot of timeout errors for when I send IMs. I'll send it and then a couple minutes later it will come back with a timeout error and say that it could not be sent. Then I will quit Adium and it gives me the error "No Message View Plugin Installed". After I reopen the app it will work for a while and then give me the same problem after a while. I'm using Adium 1.4b8.

Try re installing adium. If that won't work then download the stable version,not the beta.

I just downloaded the stable version and installed that. Although I gave all my buddies aliases before I reinstalled and I'd really like to have that back. I have a Time Machine backup, so can you tell me where Adium stores the custom buddy list names?

Nevermind, found it on my own.
