Hi there,

I'm on the verge of switching to Adium, but I can't really find a theme/style that integrates with Leopard completely or looks pretty cool.
The contact lists are fine, but the chat screens are ugly most of the times.

So the only thing that's holding me back is the GUI really ...

Can the people who use Adium - which are quite a lot I guess - post some screens of their customized GUI and post the name of the style/theme along with it please?

Thanks in advance

Alright, my new contact interface:

Still struggling to get something cool out of the message window, though.

Got a question:
My contacts see my e-mail address instead of my actual nickname. How can I adjust this?

Here's mine. I can post the config files if anyone wants them.

The chat screen is really nice. What style is that?
Also, is that the leopard wallpaper used as a background?

1) my contacts see my e-mailadress instead of my Screen Name. how can I fix this?
2) how can i add custom emoticons like in msn messenger?

thanks

It's based on Renkoo with a few tweaks (see screenshot) - background is just black with 66% opacity.

I've got the standard Leopard wallpaper on the desktop at the moment.

See my attached screenshot for how to show display name to your contacts. Basically, Adium > Preferences > Accounts > Edit > Personal.

You can add custom emoticons via http://adiumxtras.com/index.php?a=search&cat_id=2 BUT I don't think the person on the other end of your chat will see them they just replace the built-in smileys
