Adium Help: Hide OFFLINE buddies?

The new update (v1.1) of Adium seems to be displaying offline buddies. I have no idea why. I cant seem to find the setting for it not to display offline buddies.

Anyone able to help me?

Yes, just for reference, it is also unticking View->Show Offline Contacts
